As an Account Manager at GreenSpark Solar you will be an ambassador of our mission-driven brand responsible for building long-term customer partnerships providing consultative support for solar projects (residential commercial or community-scale) and serving as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build nurture and sustain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Understand client needs to recommend aligned solar battery or EPC solutions
  • Drive technical sales through compelling proposals tailored to client goals
  • Present solutions and ROI clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with engineering permitting and construction teams for seamless execution
  • Ensure smooth contract handoff from sales to project delivery
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in solar battery storage and community solar
  • Educate clients on financing options such as 0% down commercial solar financing to encourage adoption

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Environmental Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 23 years in account management
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable reading technical documents collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Organized proactive and adaptable in a mission-driven fast-growing environment
