As Communication Manager you will enhance Shangri-La Chiang Mais brand presence by leading communications managing media relations driving digital visibility and building connections with the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the hotels brand presence.
- Manage media relations press releases and external communications.
- Create engaging content for online and offline channels.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen community and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong background in communications public relations or marketing with proven experience in international hospitality.
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
- Creative thinker with strong writing editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to build strong media networks and partnerships.
- A proactive detail-oriented and results-driven professional.
