British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for has an exciting opportunity for a Credit & Collection Analyst in Bucharest.

TheSenior Order to Cash Analyst will perform specific Order to Cash activities as per the internal guidelines and Task level description in a timely and consistent manner as per the agreement with relevant end market stakeholders and his line manage and by adhering to the specific controls framework.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash processes according to the agreed deadlines and in line with auditrecommendations.
• Provide support for Subject Matter Experts and Team Leader for Order to Cash specific activities while also ensuring all controls are in place as per the agreed SLAs and internal procedures.
• Maintain a close relationship with the EM/ Customers responding to their queries in a timely and accurate way.
• Support the activities in scope for migration to be moved into shared service in line with the migration framework and plan.
• Assist in the identification of continuous improvements to the GBS Order to Cash processes while making effort to acquire/ learn further skills / knowledge for personal development.
