Summary:
Theprimary responsibility of Pure Brandings Project/Account Manager is to manageall client and in-house campaigns through the project life cycle includinginitiating proposals and project plans creating estimates budgets andtimelines as well as trafficking tasks to Pure Branding team members. The PM/AMposition will also be accountable in the future for maintaining daily contactbetween the agency and its legacy/smaller clients.
Thesecondary responsibility for the PM/AM position is to provide businessdevelopment support including managing the Workamajig CRM creating andupdating the Pure Branding marketing calendar helping with Pure Brandingmarketing campaigns and providing support on prospect presentations.
Atertiary responsibility will be to provide admin support for general accountspayable entry into the Workamajig system as well as various office adminduties as required.
Responsibilities:
Involvedfrom new business meetings and pitches through project completion PureBrandings PM/AM is responsible for working with Pure Brandings subject matterexperts to guide clients strategically and tactically. The PM/AM is the liaisonbetween the agencys teams collaborating to improve workflow processes. An effectiveproblem solver on a day-to-day basis the PM/AM must be adept at anticipatingproblems and recognizing opportunities.
You will be responsible for fulfilling the followingduties to the satisfaction of the Principal:
Tasks:
- Maintain projects in Workamajig system
- Monitor project and campaign budgets weekly
- Review daily work schedule and resource to team members
- Communicates regularly with subject matter experts about the current status of all jobs in progress
- Client correspondence in accordance with material to complete jobs
- Report any problems affecting job quality due dates and costs to Principal
- Monitors engagement terms and works with bookkeeper to invoice on-time and on-budget
- Manages all projects on-quality on-time and on-budget
- Run Mon & Thur morning production meetings
- Alert Principal when projects reach 50% & 70% of total budget
- Alert Principal when project reach 100% of total budget
- Interfaces with various departments on a daily basis to move projects forward
- Release project work to development
- Assists in preparing client invoices/proposals/marketing communications
- Reviews billing prior to release and helps ensure prompt collection of AR
- Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Entry of all COGS and Overhead Accounts Payable into Workamajig
- Develop and manage project budgets track POs vendor invoices and manage client billing
- Work with vendors to procure quotes
- Serve as primary contact for vendors and freelancers
- Selects vendors for all jobs based on quality control budget timing etc.
- Issues approved POs to all vendors
- Handles day-to-day activities for respective clients
- Ensures deliverables undergo approval process before being presented to client
- Educates clients regarding the timing required for the execution of various jobs
- Maintain Pure Branding office cleanliness
