This Position reports to:
IS Department Manager for Compliance and Risk AdvisoryBuilding and delivering IS Risk Assessment Service as part of the Compliance and Risk Assessment Department.
The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsibility for defining designing implementing managing security risk assessments and the regulatorycompliance assessments
- Ensuring targets achievement in cooperation with customers within the budget
- Providing service management knowledge to the team vendors and stakeholders and managing expectations
- Incident and service improvement management
- Attending service review service level agreement and operational level agreement meetings
Degree in IT field
- 10 years of experience in service management and 3 years people and vendors management
- Certificates: CISA and/ or CISM ITIL Foundation CRISC.
