Head of Sales - Pump Services (Canada)-Full Time-EdmontonCanada

We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Salesto lead our regional sales operations inCanada. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing key accounts and tenders and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve volume margin and expense targets.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales activities and optimize sales channels.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base.
- Set and monitor sales targets aligned with company KPIs.
- Negotiate major project tenders and oversee pricing strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure quality safety and operational excellence.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience.
- 3 years in a related sales leadership role preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of turbomachinery hydraulics and pump manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SAP Microsoft Office and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
