Job Title: ERP Change Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Property Management)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Change Manager with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations expertise for property management implementations. This role combines technical implementation with organizational change management to ensure successful project delivery for enterprise clients in the property management sector.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations for property management clients
- Conduct client discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops
- Develop project plans and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Present solutions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Technical Implementation & Configuration
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations for property management
- Develop custom extensions and workflows using AL language and X (for F&O)
- Design integrations with property management systems and tenant portals
- Lead data migration from legacy property management systems
- Create reporting solutions using Power BI and Dynamics 365 reporting tools
- Ensure system security and performance optimization
Change Management & User Adoption
- Develop change management strategies for property management organizations
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments across property management teams
- Design and deliver training programs for property management workflows
- Create communication strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Manage resistance to change and provide adoption solutions
- Measure and report on adoption metrics and success rates
Business Process Optimization
- Analyze property management processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate process mapping workshops for lease lifecycles and maintenance operations
- Translate property management requirements into technical specifications
- Support development of standard operating procedures
- Lead post-implementation optimization for efficiency gains
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 4 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Finance & Operations
- Property management ERP implementation experience
- Proficiency in AL programming (Business Central) and/or X (Finance & Operations)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI)
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services
- API integrations and system integration experience
- SQL Server and database management knowledge
Consulting & Change Management
- 5 years consulting experience with enterprise clients
- Proven track record in ERP change management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple client projects
- Ability to adapt to different client environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
Industry Knowledge
- Property management domain knowledge (lease administration rent roll management CAM fees)
- Understanding of property management workflows and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Australian business compliance requirements
- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi MRI RealPage etc.)
- Experience with tenant management and maintenance workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (MB-800 MB-820) and/or Finance & Operations (MB-300 MB-310)
- Experience with property management add-ons (SOFT4RealEstate Dynamics Property etc.)
- Change management certification (Prosci CCMP)
- Project management certification (PMP Prince2 Agile/Scrum Master)
- Real estate or property management industry background
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field
