As a global critical financial infrastructure the protection of Euroclears offices data centres assets and people is fundamental to the companys business. Physical security (department Corporate Security) is at the core of our services firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company.
Your role
Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Security you will lead the physical security operations for France with full accountability. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy managing complex security environments and contributing to the strategic direction of the Corporate Security function. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies law enforcement and cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of security and risk mitigation.
You will:
- Lead and ensure the effective delivery of operational security services across assigned locations.
- Manage daily operations and physical security projects including SOP development and updates.
- Maintain and implement security processes and procedures aligned with Euroclear standards.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for local security guard providers overseeing contracts KPIs SLAs training and incident handling.
- Act as SPOC for Corporate Security in France with local authorities and regulators (police fire departments etc.).
- Ensure readiness and structure for SCC Brussels back-up in case of calamity.
- Manage risk events and incidents: analysis reporting (IRM) recommendations and implementation.
- Oversee supplier contracts within scope.
- Provide full visibility and reporting to the Head of Corporate Security.
- Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Watch Duty and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Support Corporate Security colleagues and act as back-up when needed.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Your required qualifications
Education & Experience
- Masters degree or equivalent through extensive professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years in senior physical security roles preferably within critical infrastructure or data centre environments.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of security technologies (CCTV access control intrusion detection BMS Genetec).
- Familiarity with IT security principles and collaboration with technical teams.
- Proficiency in O365 and collaboration platforms
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to influence negotiate and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
- High resilience decision-making capability under pressure and strategic thinking.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
