Job Summary

You are:
- In love with 3D modeling printing and digital fabrication in general
- A patient communicator who can explain complex technical issues to any audience
- Able to develop fun and effective support materials (manuals tutorials blog posts etc.) that customers actually enjoy using
- Able to use cloud-based web platforms (support ticketing etc.) to efficiently track and satisfy customer needs
- A team player who is ready to put in the extra hours in a rapidly changing environment
These skills are a plus:
- Experience providing technical support for electronics and information systems
- Video production photography or graphic design
- 3D modeling and digital fabrication
