Job Summary
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Houston TX
Salary Range: $100000 $135000 / year (DOE) bonuses
Benefits: Health Insurance PTO Half-Day Fridays
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our commercial construction team and oversee exciting clubhouse and amenity center projects. This role is primarily office-based with limited time in the field focusing on planning implementation supply chain management and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Lead pre-construction reviews and early-stage planning.
- Create submittal packages and collaborate with architects on material approvals.
- Manage material procurement and oversee supply chain logistics.
- Communicate effectively with construction managers to align project needs and
- schedules.
- Ensure labor and material timelines are met to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to guide
- vendors/subcontractors on technical details.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam (or similar) Procore and Excel preferred.
- Bachelors degree in construction management Architecture or related field
- preferred.
- PMP certification a plus.
