Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Online Travel Booking Agent to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others has a passion for travel and thrives in a remote work environment. You will assist clients with researching booking and finalizing their travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking flights hotels cruises and vacation packages
Provide destination information recommendations and travel advice
Ensure accuracy of reservations itineraries and travel documents
Communicate with clients via phone email or online platforms to provide support
Deliver excellent customer service before during and after travel

Qualifications

Strong interest in travel and customer service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
Comfortable using online booking tools and digital platforms
Previous customer service hospitality or travel experience is a plus but not required
