Education/Certification
Bachelor Degree (required)
Masters Degree (required)
Certified in Math and Reading
- Research Based Instructional Strategies (RBIS)
Certified as a Local Classroom Reviewer
Special Knowledge/Skills
Depth of knowledge in curriculum and instruction and instructional practices.
Experience
3 years successful classroom teaching experience in Math and/or RLA (required)
Experience with curriculum and instruction (preferred)

Complete Local Classroom Reviews assigned by the ESC Lead
Reviewers receive an email notification when a review has been assigned.
Reviewers score each unique assignment individually using the content and grade level specific rubrics and evidence guides.
Reviewers use rubrics to support scoring and summary writing.
Submit to ESC lead for review once all assignments are scored and the narrative summary is completed.
Ability to analyze and synthesize data and other authentic instructional artifacts to assess leadership proficiency.
Ability to self-reflect apply feedback and continuously improve
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written skills
Equipment/Specialized Software Used
Computers projection devices control panels in meeting rooms printers productivity software software specific to the job assignment network resources internet resources and other hardware and software necessary to perform the functions of the job effectively and efficiently.
Working Conditions (Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors)
Mental: Public relations and people skills are always required work with frequent interruptions and maintain professional composure and confidentiality under stress.
Physical: Occasional prolonged and irregular hours ability to move tables and chairs and load/unload boxes and materials. Prolonged use of a computer. Some travel is required for this role.
Environmental: Travel to Local Education Agencies as needed.
This position is temporary irregular part time. Hours are based on need.
