Our Commercial Finance and FP&A team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Tide enabling data-driven decisions that accelerate growth and optimise performance.

As a strategic partner to the business we combine deep financial expertise with strong commercial acumen to deliver impactful support across all functions. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic FP&A Manager to embed within our Product & Engineering (P&E) teams. This role is crucial for establishing and optimising the financial frameworks that underpin our ambitious scaling objectives. You will lead financial planning evaluate ROI on key tech investments and provide strategic guidance contributing significantly to our evolving financial landscape.

As an FP&A Manager youll be covering:

• Strategic Planning: Lead multi-horizon financial planning for Product & Engineering. Develop ROI frameworks for engineering and product investments.
• Tech Cost Optimisation: Strategically manage and optimise IT software costs including hosting. Implement automated tracking; identify efficiency gains.
• Product Analytics and Insights: Partner with Product Managers on KPIs. Evaluate product feature effectiveness and returns using data. Conduct in-depth variance and attribution analysis.
• Process & Leadership: Drive process improvements via automation and BI tools. Present complex insights with compelling financial storytelling. Coach FP&A Analysts.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• 7 years in strategic FP&A/Finance Business Partnering ideally in high-growth fintech/tech.
• Proven partnership with Product & Engineering leadership understanding tech cost structures.
• Solid understanding of fintech economics.
• Expertise in managing and optimising IT software costs.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and experience with financial planning tools (e.g. Anaplan) and data visualisation platforms (e.g. Looker).
• An undergraduate or masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Mathematics.
