Job Summary

Your Tasks

Development documentation and rollout of standardized processes across all countries for consistency in operational workflows
Analysis and further development of critical workflows (e.g. seller onboarding) with emphasis on efficiency scalability compliance and user experience
Creation of complete end-to-end process documentation including guidelines and interface definitions for all stakeholders
Evaluation and implementation of digital tools for scalable processes and automation
Definition and establishment of central standards KPIs and methods for continuous improvement
Collaboration with local teams departments and stakeholders for identification of opportunities in process improvement and efficiency increase

Your Profile

Fluency in German and English additional languages are an advantage
Completed degree in Business Engineering Business Informatics or a comparable relevant qualification
Professional experience in process management operational excellence or a similar role ideally in an e-commerce or marketplace environment
Strong assertiveness and execution skills
Experience working with cross-functional and decentralized teams
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma BPMN or similar methodologies desirable
Strong analytical and structured mindset combined with excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels
High level of initiative sense of responsibility and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
