Unlock flexible routing & smart retry logic

Access advanced tools: fraud detection CRM integration accounting reconciliation and analytics

After strong traction in Europe the company is now gearing up to scale across the U.S. and high-growth international markets. As such were hiring a strategic Payment Partnerships Manager to lead the PSP acquisition strategy and play a critical role in global growth.

Your Mission

Youll be the face of the company to PSPs and acquirers globally; a true dealmaker trusted partner and internal connector between strategy product and commercial.

Tasks

  • Source and sign PSP/acquirer partnerships especially in the U.S. and high-opportunity markets
  • Negotiate and finalize MID agreements securing favorable terms for merchants
  • Act as the main relationship owner for PSPs supporting merchant onboarding and long-term collaboration
  • Collaborate with product & tech teams to ensure PSP compatibility integration and routing logic
  • Contribute to GTM strategy by building the payment rails needed to unlock new verticals regions and revenue streams
  • Provide market intelligence on the payments landscape (especially high-risk markets and U.S. infrastructure gaps)

Requirements

Profile Were Looking For

This is a role for someone entrepreneurial technical enough to grasp payment flows and confident in high-level business negotiations.Must-Haves:

  • 3 years experience in payments fintech or e-commerce working with PSPs gateways or acquirers
  • Experience with MID onboarding payment stack optimization or international PSP sourcing
  • Strong deal negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
  • Confident communicator ; able to pitch influence and maintain high-level relationships
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity ; this is a builder role
  • Existing network of U.S PSP/acquirer contacts

Nice-to-Have:

  • Existing network EU PSP/acquirer contacts

  • Experience working for a PSP acquiring bank or payment orchestration platform (e.g. Stripe Adyen Checkout Primer Payoneer Spreedly)

  • Familiarity with high-risk verticals international processing and merchant compliance

What Success Looks Like

  • 50100 PSP partnerships signed in the first 1218 months
  • Merchant onboarding SLAs reduced by 2550%
  • New PSP integrations accelerated through internal coordination
  • Revenue and approval rates increase via smarter routing and PSP diversification
  • Strategic contribution to U.S. go-to-market and payment infrastructure scalability
