Job Summary

Designation : Executive Senior Engineer Engineer

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive planner with experience in central corporate demand or supply planning. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth production and inventory management.

Create and manage production schedules based on customer demand.
Use scenario planning to optimize supply and resources.
Meet key performance targets (KPIs).
Collaborate with customers to align forecasts and priorities.
Run Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and raise purchase requests on time.
Coordinate with purchasing to maintain inventory levels.
Ensure readiness of materials manpower and equipment for production.
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
Report on Clear to Build (CTB) and track weekly/monthly plan vs. actual.
Maintain accurate master data.
Use advanced Excel and macros to analyze data and create management reports.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in supply chain Business or related field.
3 years of planning experience.
Strong Excel and ERP skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience working directly with customers is a plus.

Strategic data-driven and adaptable.
