We are in search of talented and aspiring DC Support Specialist to join our this role you will leverage your expertise to safeguard information systems and enable secure operations.
Requirements
- Prepare shift schedule for Operations Team;
- Handle team resource management (leave management attendance management roster planning etc.);
- Conduct interviews and selection of potential candidates for Operations team;
- Conduct training programs for new operators;
- Be the escalation point for DC Level 1 Service Operations team;
- Monitor the sufficiency and operability for daily operation tasks;
- Generate daily weekly and monthly operation reports;
- Generate and present monthly performance reports of the Operations team;
- Initiate service improvement plans for the Operations team; and
- Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
- Qualifications that are relevant in IT support Data Centre
- 5 years of Data Centre Experience
- 3 years in Team Lead role or relevant experience
- Good customer care and communication skills.
