Are you passionate about making a difference in the field of oncology Were looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Lung & GI Oncology Therapy Lead (OTL) based in East of England covering Key Accounts that include East & North Herts NHS Trust Mid & South Essex NHS Trust and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS this customer-facing sales role youll have the opportunity to drive customer belief system readiness and improve diagnosis and treatment rates through local and regional plans at a trust level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute clear customer and account strategies based on insights
  • Set customer behavioural and account objectives to drive meaningful change
  • Identify and understand key customers and stakeholders in the healthcare environment
  • Seek collaborative opportunities within key accounts to enhance patient treatment options
  • Provide accurate local intelligence and feedback to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic plans
  • Understand clinical and treatment protocols to support patient identification diagnosis and treatment
  • Leverage the expertise of the cross-functional ONECOLOGY team for best practice sharing
  • Coordinate internal functions to ensure access to our portfolio within key accounts

What Were Looking For:

  • Preferred BSc degree or equivalent experience
  • Oncology experience is a plus
  • Experience in a hospital selling environment
  • Understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems
  • Ability to manage key external stakeholders and influence without authority
  • Strong problem-solving project planning teamwork and communication skills
  • A growth mindset and motivation to continuously learn and adapt
  • Advanced account management skills and the ability to develop strategic plans
  • Courage integrity and ethics in all interactions
