Were looking for a Senior Data Lead to bring technical expertise and business insight together. This is a hands-on role where youll work directly with data while also guiding and elevating the work of the broader team. Youll help us move from ad hoc reporting toward reliable forward-looking insights that influence strategy across the organization.

What you will do...

• Act as the senior technical expert building and optimizing SQL queries data models dashboards and reporting.
  
• Translate complex business questions into structured analyses that highlight trends risks and opportunities.
  
• Provide consultation and mentorship to team members setting standards coaching on best practices and raising the bar for data work across the org.
  
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales Marketing Finance Product and Customer Success to deliver insights that inform decisions.
  
• Advocate for improvements in data quality architecture and tools to ensure accuracy scalability and ease of use.
  
• Balance execution (doing the technical work yourself) with leadership (helping others deliver more impactful results).

• Strong background in Data Analytics Business Intelligence or similar data-driven roles.

• Leadership presence with the ability to influence and guide others without formal management authority.
  
• Comfort operating as both an individual contributor and a senior team lead.
  
• Familiarity with modern BI and data tools is a plus.
  

What we offer:

• $120k-$150k Actual salaries will vary based on various factors such as education experience training scope etc. The salary noted is just one component of our total compensation package.
