Position: HR & Recruiting Assistant
Location: Ventura County CA (Hybrid potential for the right candidate)

Childrens Therapy Network is looking for a dynamic HR & Recruiting Assistant to help us grow our team of pediatric this role youll proactively reach out to PTs OTs and SLPs identify top talent and ensure no qualified candidate slips through the cracks.
Were not just looking for someone to post jobswe need someone who finds the right people builds relationships and represents CTN with warmth and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Actively source candidates using job boards LinkedIn Handshake ZipRecruiter and other platforms
Send warm personalized outreach messages and track engagement
Maintain organized records of candidate pipelines follow-ups and hiring stages
Support the HR team with onboarding credentialing paperwork and compliance tasks
Help drive CTNs mission by ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles
Success in This Role Looks Like:
10 or more qualified therapist candidates sourced and engaged each week
3 to 5 interviews scheduled per week across disciplines
100% of candidate interactions documented and followed up within 24 hours
Onboarding checklists completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance
Hiring reports and analytics updated monthly and actionable
This role directly impacts CTNs ability to expand care and serve more children. Youll be instrumental in helping us grow and well support your growth too.

Youre highly organized and thrive on structure
Youre purpose-driven and want your work to make a meaningful difference
Experience in recruiting HR or healthcare is a bonusbut not required for the right candidate with hustle and heart
