The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities employs over 1900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications including power generation transmission and distribution oil chemical and gas industrial manufacturing semiconductor and data centers as well as building and transportation sectors.

How youll make an impact
1. You will work closely with GPG and Hub management team to identify define and follow-up the strategy and business plans and supports the implementation. Ensures optimized delivery and use of various (customer competitor financial business or market) information within business decision making.
2. You will be responsible for export business development in the Hub for profitable growth.
3. You will define key export business targets in line with Business Unit strategy and ensures these are achieved. Coordinate with factory functions and factory business process owners.
4. You will identify all existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities based on analysis defining strategy/business plans for each and coordinating the relevant teams.
5. You will collaborate with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of the business strategy. Drives and ensures knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration.
6. You will ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized staffed skilled and directed. Coaches motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelors degree with at least 8-10 years management experience.
2. Good strategic thinking and analytical skills.
3. Ability for strategy implementation.
4. Cross function cooperation experience and ability.
5. Good English level in oral and writing good communication skills.
