What Youll Do
Build lifelong client relationships with a consultative customer-first approach
Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle by asking the right questions and truly listening
Stay sharp: master product knowledge features and new technologies
Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and walk throughs
Follow up with potential buyers to generate referral and repeat business
Tackle objections with confidence and close deals with integrity
Work closely with your Sales Manager to hit targets and elevate your performance
Bring your best attitude energy and work ethic every single day
What Were Looking For
Flexible availability (including Saturdays)
Self-starter with a positive ambitious mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Most importantly: acommitment to honesty teamwork and doing right by the customer
