Your Background
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Instructional Design or related field.
- 10 years of experience in technical training or curriculum development.
- Deep understanding of transformer technologies and engineering workflows.
- Proven success in leading global onboarding or early-career programs.
- Experience with digital learning platforms and engineering tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
