Job Summary
Shangri-La Xiamen
Shangri-La Xiamen opened in 2017 located in the heart of Guanyinshan International Business Centre which takes only 25-minute ride from the Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and just minutes away from the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Centre. We are looking for a Health Club Manager
As a Health Club Manager we rely on you to
1. AssistDirector of HC & SPA & Kids Club to ensure smooth operations
2. To ensure the health club spa and kids club is well-managed as brand standard
3. Lead and train the team to ensure service quality and guest satisfaction
efficient and professional service enhance product attractiveness to optimize financial performance of the department.

1. Minimum1 years working experience as a Health Club Manager
with fitness center equipment and operations
and innovative thinking
presentation and communication ability
to accept changes and challenges
