Job Summary
Are you a backend expert who is happiest working on server-side logic APIs and services. Our Client is looking for a developer passionate about performance security and scalability and is a team player who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to a culture of technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain high-quality scalableRESTful and SOAP-based APIsusing ecosystem.
- Build and manageWindows Servicesfollowing microservice design principles.
- Develop data access layers usingEntity Frameworkand work extensively withMSSQLdatabases.
- Implement and configureIdentity Managementsolutions including modern OAuth2 flows.
- Collaborate within anAgileteam environment utilizingTFS/GITfor source control.
- Write clean maintainable code and implement comprehensiveUnit Tests (xUnit/nUnit).
- Participate in architectural discussions advocating forSOLID principlesandclean coding practices.
- Implement application logging and monitoring to ensure system health and performance.
- 8 years of professional experiencewith Corewith 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven hands-on experience developing and hostingREST-based APIsinIIS.
- Strong practical experience withEntity FrameworkandMSSQL.
- Experience withIdentity Managementconfiguration and modern authentication protocols (OAuth2).
- Experience in developingWindows Servicesor similar long-running backend processes.
- Exposure to application logging and monitoring tools.
- Experience withAzure cloud services particularlyAzure FunctionApps.
- Knowledge ofSOAP-based web services.
- Experience configuringFIDOauthentication is a significant plus.
- AnAzure certification is highly advantageous.
