  • Is able to understand the business implications of decisions and what it takes to drive profitable growth.Has strategicunderstanding ofbusinessproduct/solution. Has the business acumentoanticipatebusinessneedsanddevelopalternativesolutions.
  • Leads large/complicatedclient teams projects and deadlines by utilizing project management tools. Extendsandexpandcurrentclientrelationshipand addonnew clients. Responsible for establishing necessary carrier/vendor relationships with appropriate contacts to serve clients.
  • Generates new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the sales plan. Introduces Mercer EH&B products and services to new clients. Provides EH&B Sales Leader with new and expanded business opportunities.
  • Identifiesimprovement opportunitiesfromprocess/operationperspective.Playsan active rolein product developmentandoperational excellences.Coach team membersandcontribute totalent management.
  • Takesownership of both internal and external financial requirements for revenue recognition and compliance. Accountable for revenue/profitability for client accounts.
  • In addition to managing coaching/mentoring team members contribute to talent management.
