Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality ticketing and hotline customer services to High Speed Rail passengers
  • Handle ticket reservation enquiries and suggestions and provide data entry support
  • Handle lost property travel related matters and monitor unclaimed lost property and storage
  • Manage the sales of travel-related products

Requirements

  • Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese and English Languages
  • A minimum of 1 years experience preferably gained in travel hospitality or passenger transport industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Chinese simplified characters)
  • Hands-on experience in various software applications including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Remarks

  • Required to wear uniform and perform shift duties
  • Possession of a valid travel document to the Mainland of China is required
