About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an Administrative Office Assistant. As an Administrative Office Assistant with HMC you will be instrumental in ensuring that the office runs smoothly at all times. Primarily supporting the Accounting Department you will also support all other corporate office staff as needed.

Primary Duties: - Answer the phone greeting callers and directing calls as required
- Assist accounting department with document retrieval data input and filing as requested
- Process and mail checks
- Examine sort and route incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed.
- Support department managers HR Department staff and CEO.
Preferred Qualifications: - Well-versed in all aspects of customer conversion and accounting
- Well-developed skills in prioritizing organization and time management
- Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions
- Self-starter who applies individual initiative to get multiple tasks done
- Proficiency with MS Word Excel and Outlook
- Valid Drivers License
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to sit stand talk and hear.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
