Job Summary
At SPL were not just growing were advancing the boundaries of environmental science energy and data-driven insight. Were looking for a dedicated detail-oriented Field Services Technician to join our team in Kilgore TX. In this dynamic hands-on role youll be responsible for collecting samples maintaining field equipment and supporting sample logistics. Youll work both independently and collaboratively to ensure accuracy safety and timely sample delivery. Join us and help shape a cleaner safer future one field visit at a time.

What Youll Do
- Travel to client sites to collect samples perform field measurements and maintain equipment;
- Conduct inspections of facilities systems and storage tanks often in outdoor or potentially hazardous environments;
- Follow scheduled routes perform vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations;
- Record and document sample data accurately prepare kits and coordinate shipments;
- Perform routine quality testing analyze results and monitor trends to identify issues;
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and quality concerns clearly and professionally;
- Maintain equipment vehicles and a clean safety-conscious work environment;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred;
- Class D Water License highly preferred;
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record required;
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles;
- Effective communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print
- Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;
- Occasional evening and weekend work required to meet operational demands and deadlines;
- Includes frequent long-distance driving and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
