Key Responsibilities
As a Compliance Intern under the supervision of the Five Arrows Compliance Officer you will take part in a range of responsibilities and gain hands-on experience in compliance-related matters.
Your main tasks will include:
- Conducting regulatory watch on laws and regulations relevant to Five Arrows
- Assisting with regulatory assessments (regulatory research gap analysis and drafting memos)
- Supporting the review update and implementation of the Five Arrows compliance frameworks (including drafting policies and procedures and training materials etc.)
- Contributing to the preparation of reports and assisting in the follow up of specific Group and Five Arrows compliance projects.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably holding a Masters degree in Law (or currently pursuing one) preferably with a focus on financial regulation
- Certification in compliance regulatory and/or AML CFT matters will be considered as an asset
- Prior experience in compliance within a Management Company/AIFM is a plus
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Integrity and professional ethics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
