Job Summary

The Hilton Atlanta and Towers is looking for their next Front Office Supervisor

Located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta this hotel is one mile away from renowned attractions and premier venues. This hotel features 1249 modern guestrooms with meeting spaces that give the flexibility of 51 individual meeting rooms 2 ballrooms for a total of 131730 square feet.

Our ideal candidate will have previous hotel front desk supervisory or team lead experience able to work well under pressure and in a team setting should excel in leading a team handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences. Being flexible with their availability is required

Shift Pattern: Full open availability (Holidays and Weekends are required) Flexible availability between 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and Overnights (11pm - 7:30am)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour plus incentives

What will I be doing

  • Assign work and supervise team member performance in all Front Office procedures including but not limited to guest check-in and check-out lobby traffic and flow luggage assistance telephone operator services and determining room rates and availability
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Schedule assign daily work lead pre-shift meetings inform and train team members
  • Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly
