Job Summary

Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tech Support Representative to handle customer support calls and emails for our company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English skilled in written communication and comfortable working with technical troubleshooting documents.

You will be responsible for providing front-line support to our customers actively listening to their concerns and following troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate to Level 2 support when necessary. You will also assist in updating and improving our troubleshooting documentation.

Deliverables

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Use Zendesk ShipStation and BigCommerce (training provided if needed)
  • Follow troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate when required
  • Actively listen to customer issues and provide clear empathetic solutions
  • Assist in writing and updating troubleshooting documentation
  • Provide basic guidance related to cars and car parts (training will be provided)
  • Male candidate preferred
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with Zendesk ShipStation and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Some knowledge of cars and car parts (does not need to be a mechanic but must be trainable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured guides
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Part-time: 45 hours per day 5 days per week (flexible shifts)
