Responsibilities
Mastery of Evidence-Based Practices - Apply proven therapeutic modalities to support adolescents and families including CBT DBT and trauma-informed care. Your clinical expertise will be a cornerstone of our healing mission.
Client-Centered Care - Deliver personalized therapy that meets each client where they are. Youll tailor interventions to individual needs fostering trust and meaningful progress.
Lead Transformative Group Therapy - Facilitate dynamic group sessions that go beyond conversation; drive real therapeutic breakthroughs and build community among participants.
Culturally Responsive Practice - Work effectively with diverse populations honoring cultural backgrounds and identities while providing inclusive respectful care.
Collaborative Integrated Care - Partner with a multidisciplinary teamincluding psychiatrists physicians and other specialiststo ensure holistic support and continuity of care for every client.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences including Social Work (MSW) Clinical Social Work (CSW) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Clinical Licensure in the State of PA.
- Preferred: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Preferred: Experience in an outpatient (IOP/PHP) setting using relational experiential and systemic modalities.
- Preferred: Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual family and group therapy sessions.
- Preferred: One year of experience using relational experiential and systemic modalities.
- A genuine passion for counseling teens and young adults.
- Strong clinical skills and a steadfast commitment to evidence-based practices.
- Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
