Job Summary

Your responsibilities:
Transport Insurance: Shipment registration claims handling coordination with brokers/insurers collaboration with logistics and legal teams.
Property and Business Interruption Insurance: Maintenance and validation of insured values claims coordination clarification of coverage and exclusions follow-up on risk engineering recommendations.
International Travel Health Insurance: Administration of insured persons claims support point of contact for policy-related inquiries.
Group Accident Insurance (Germany): Updating insured personnel data handling claims providing internal guidance.
Global Liability Insurance: Claims management clarification of policy coverage and exclusions coordination with internal departments and insurers.
Strategic Support to Head of Insurance (LIXIL EMENA): Resolving complex insurance and risk-related issues liaising with internal and external partners supporting other corporate insurance programs as needed and monitoring foreign insurance policy registers to identify and address potential coverage gaps.
Your profile:
- Commercial legal or insurance training
- Professional experience with an industrial insurer or industrial insurance broker
- Good knowledge of international industrial insurance
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office and openness to new digital solutions
- Confident working in a fast-paced dynamic and global environment
