Job Summary
Department: Student Life Title: Chapel Ambassador Pay Range: $16.50/Hr.
Date: September 3 2025 Report to: Dean of Students / Admin. Assistant to the V.P. of Student Life
Job Summary: Chapel Ambassadors assists supervises and maintains order in Chapel program/ services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take chapel attendance at the beginning and ending of chapel.
- Chapel Ambassadors should report to the church lobby 30 minutes before and at the end of theChapel program to check students in and out.
- Monitor student conduct during Chapel i.e. loud talking cell phone usage open computers or other
electronic devices and study materials. - Survey building to make sure that students are in attendance of Chapel program and not loitering.
- Keep order as students are entering and leaving facility.
- Have a pleasant attitude when dealing with students faculty and staff.
- Uniforms are required for this position.
- No cell phone use. Must attend chapel.
After Chapel
- Walk through sanctuary to pick up trash and items that were left.
- Make sure side doors are closed.
- Bring lost and found items to the main lobby.
