Are you a highly organised proactive and experienced Residential Property Manager

A leading and progressive lettings agency in Basingstoke are looking for a confident and capable Property Manager to oversee a large residential portfolio let on ASTs. Youll be part of a professional and supportive team delivering exceptional customer service ensuring legal compliance and building strong relationships with landlords tenants and contractors.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Managing a portfolio of residential properties let on ASTs
Serving Section 21 and Section 8 notices
Ensuring properties comply with all safety and legal standards
Negotiating tenancy renewals and handling deposit returns
Liaising with tenants landlords and contractors
Resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
Handling disputes complaints and escalations professionally
Providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Proven experience in residential property management
In-depth understanding of current lettings legislation
Highly organised and able to prioritise workload efficiently
Effective at resolving issues and managing conflict
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and professional telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Local knowledge of the Basingstoke area (preferred)
Full UK driving licence essential (own car preferred)
A professional customer-focused and thorough approach
