Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Maximize the service model and the branch assets to drive a competitive differentiation by providing customers with high service levels and by utilizing Group/Division support functions and localized sales teams.
  • Service customers through optimal location and integrated systems providing highly responsive deliveries order tracking inventory status etc.
  • Develop sales and grow market share with the local sales teams by ensuring sales calls are being conducted in the market by Sales Managers Sales Reps and Branch Managers.
  • Executestrategy to ensure Sales Reps and Branch Managers communicate on a regular basis relative to effectively servicing the customers in the market.
  • Manage all expenses to budget ensure optimal inventory turns reduce inventory shrink manage accounts receivables to budget auditand mitigate bad debt.
  • Perform sales calls in the market with Sales Reps and with Branch Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • The position will be responsible for leading a high performing team and for executing an effective talent strategy relative to acquiring developing and retaining diverse talent.
  • Work with Branch Managers and the HR teams to ensure all positions are filled in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure all Branch employees are properly onboarded and complete required training on time.
  • Lead a culture of engagement to ensure all Branch Managers within span of control are effectively engaging with their employees.
  • The position will be responsible for executing safety strategies to ensure the health and safety of Branch employees.
  • Lead a culture of safety to ensure safe behavior is practiced daily by all branch employees to minimize/eliminate near misses injures and/or recordable incidents.
  • Effectively work with Group leaders to successfully execute strategies in the areas of Sales Sales Excellence Color and Color Support Marketing Real EstateProduct Development Planning and ProductionAssociated ProductsQuality and Continuous Improvement Systems.


Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g. OPT CPT H1B EB-1etc.)
  • Must have a High school diploma or GED
  • Must have 3 years of experience managing a Branch/Store
  • Must have 3-year experience managing a Sales Rep Territory

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelorsdegree related to Business Sales Marketing or Management
  • Have at least (3) three years of previous and demonstrated successful experience leading a team of branch/facility managers and/or a team of sales professionals/reps.
