Job Summary

Lead the core competency team on transversal technical topics related to the product design technical choices new vendors qualification
Organize technical risk analysis and prepare industrialization plan of new product. Preparation of FOIK and follow up of their implementation
Participate in product design review to ensure design quality and optimisation
Capitalize the project and operation experience and ensure the design upgrades on all the product portfolio
Provide support to project teams and site activities during the projects execution phase and troubleshooting
Promote and provide support on common procedure for product management (same workflow same tools etc.)
Participate in the development of product-specific skills within E&C
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Have a good level of general scientific knowledge (Chemical Engineering Chemistry / Refining)
Know the processes of the products and the operation of associated equipment
Know industrial projects management
Fluent English
Know the standard IT tools
Project Managment
Strong Engineering background (tools methology...)
