What Youll Do:

Provide customer support through email and chat in Spanish and English
Resolve inquiries offer clear guidance and follow company protocols
Document interactions accurately using internal tools
Work with a diverse international team in a tech-focused environment

What Were Looking For:

Portuguese native or fluent speaker living near Porto
Customer service experience (email/chat support preferred)
Intermediate Spanish (B2-C1) to communicate confidently in writing
Intermediate English (B2) for training and internal communication
Available immediately and flexible to work shifts including nights
Detail-oriented responsible and motivated
