Join PwCs dynamic Transformation team where we focus on driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiencies. We are looking for a Director to join our Consulting practice based in Tmaki Makaurau / Auckland. This role will lead our capability and propositions across supply chain disciplines in the New Zealand market. You will lead transformative projects tailored to optimise supply chain processes across many different industry sectors but with a focus on primary industries such as dairy red meat and horticulture. Your key responsibilities will include:
Spearheading supply chain optimisation initiatives to improve efficiencies and effectiveness within our clients operations.
Coaching and mentoring junior team members fostering their professional growth and development.
Engaging with key stakeholders to influence and implement strategic improvements aligned with client objectives.
Leading complex consulting engagements to deliver exceptional results and achieve client goals.
Upholding compliance with risk management processes to protect PwCs integrity and reputation.

Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and operational factors to drive business success.
Tertiary Education: Desirable but not essential.
Consulting and Supply Chain Expertise: Proven track record in a consulting environment with successful client engagements particularly in supply chain optimisation and operations performance improvement. A good understanding and preferably experience of the role of technology to support and accelerate transformation to business operations.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and motivate teams across various organisational levels.
Sector Experience: Experience within the food and fibre sectors involving both public and private industries is desirable
Business Development: Commercial relationships with decision makers in large corporate and public sector organisations are highly desirable.
