We are seeking enthusiastic driven individuals looking to start their career within Boeing Defence UK Supply Chain team.
Location: Bristol or Milton Keynes.
The Role: As a Procurement Agent you will provide support for both direct and indirect spend for various IT commodities. This role will ensure the implementation of best practices in procurement processes drive cost savings enhance supplier relationships and performance while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and contract for products services and technologies.
Engages stakeholders to ensure that program customer product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection negotiation and contracting strategies.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
Manages supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery quality financial stability and in-service performance
Mitigates risks and issues.
Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP/Ariba preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Ability to acquire UK SC security clearance
- Full UK driving license
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
