Job Summary
What you will accomplish together with us:
- Perform high quality build in an efficient manner.
- Conduct a defined process accurately.
- Maintain the production documentation record correctly and up to date
- Manage chemical and flammable products safely.
- Perform disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous waste in coordination with the EHS Department.
- Identify and reports problems or potential hazards by monitoring instrumentations such temperature thermocouple etc.
- Compute variances between laboratory analysis and product specifications using prescribed formula to determine necessary adjustments.
- Support their Team Leader to maintain the efficiency of the cell(s)
- Maintain the lean manufacturing philosophies during the implementations.
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds
What will convince us:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years experience of working in a technical manufacturing production or assembly environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Experience with following technical Work Instructions in a Quality System
- Good knowledge in mechanical assembly techniques
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills
- General knowledge of materials products equipment and associated processes within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with general quality safety security and environmental standards & procedures
- Chemical safety training and experience working with chemicals in production environments
- Good knowledge of quality cost efficiency and safety
