Duties and Responsibilities
- To lead a team of training officers and research officers in the project and to make sure all the training and research deliverables are delivered on time
- Perform administrative roles and prepare regular reports to the funder collaborators and directors
- Participate in teaching of professional training programmes and engage in public education activities of the Project
- Support and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Masters degree or above in Social Work Gerontology Mental Health Psychology Behavioral Health Counselling Management or related discipline
- At least 5-8 years relevant work experience in managing professional and public education project preferably in medical and social work topics
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
- Possess expert competence including but not limited to palliative care family counseling use of art use of therapeutic groups and bereavement care will be an advantage
- Applicants with less experience or qualifications may be considered for appointment as Lecturer
What We Offer
The appointment will commence from as soon as possible on temporary basis until June 30 2027 with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
