Responsibilities


60% Client/Policy Services


-Provides daily support to Select Client Advisors and Select accounts through:

- Pull mail from mail folders twice a day

- Confirm all mail was scanned in and assigned

Handle Check-In Download and Attach all endorsements that comes in through unrouted attachments. Email endorsement to insured.

-Download and Attach policies from carrier websites notate file and let AM know policy is attached.

- Review and check Audits (Rates Rating). Notify AM and Producer if the Audit is /- $500. Email Audit with Audit Letter to Insured.

-Running Expiration Report for next 120 days the first of each month. (Lists need to be run for each Producer and each Client Advisor).

- Email Renewal Questionnaires. Assisting Client Advisors with any items necessary to reduce backlog.

- Assisting in Miscellaneous items as needed or directed by management.

- Processing Certificate of Insurance Requests / Issue Renewal Certificates Processing Auto Id Requests / Issue Renewal Auto Id

- Processing Evidence of Property Requests / Issue Renewal Evidence of Property

- Processing payments brought into office attach to file and email insured EPIC or carrier receipt.

- Maintaining compliance with all Select Lines service standards and procedures including handling some Client Advisor duties.

- Maintaining Client Advisor confidence in job knowledge judgment calls and awareness of current industry trends and developments

- Developing Producer and Service Leader confidence in job knowledge judgment calls and awareness of current industry trends and developments.


20% Filing Management

-Documenting all correspondence following up for necessary information updates at appropriate times and keeping the client files organized and up to date.

-Thoroughly completing assigned file audits. 10% Teamwork Works together with team and with other departments such as Marketing Accounting Claims Producers etc. including conferencing with Producer to discuss the execution of strategies.

- Assists in training of new service team members. Volunteers to back up and/or assist others as needed.

-Manages PTO to work with departmental needs. Special projects as requested by Manager.


10% Determination

Displays commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth in the organizations education program


Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; or one or two years related insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Certifications

Must be able to obtain insurance licenses and designations as set forth by the organizations education plans.
