Line Cook
The most important ingredient to any restaurant is a consistently great tasting meal and that starts with you. If you can work in a fast-paced environment and embrace new experiences this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Measure food for our various menu recipes
- Memorize menu items ingredients prep and presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain a working knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Stock and restock line items needed on and off peak hours
- Start utilizing your experience and bring new food items to management
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet
- Obtain ServeSafe certification
- Must wear non-slip footwear
- Maintain your uniform
- Be able to work well with others
- Think quickly on your feet
