Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
- Support quality process/ system activities within the AVN QMS in compliance with the AV QMS international standards and regulatory requirements.
- Give advice and mentorship to the AVN organization on quality related subjects/processes.
- Provide guidance to project teams and other subject areas to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations in alignment with our Quality Goals.
- Lead process excellence activities to continuously improve the work as well as personal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall coordination and follow-up on exceptions limited to AVN issues. Complex department or AVN overarching exceptions to be handled by (Sr) Quality Engineers.
- Support process owners & (Sr) Quality engineers with implementation of quality requirements for processes within the AVN QMS.
- Provide Quality Assurance advice to process owners within the scope of the AVN QMS.
- Act as a delegate in one or more QMS processes.
- Play a supporting in external and internal audits performed at AVN
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement on quality aspects.
- Support validation activities.
- Support AVN Q improvement projects & support AVN projects (e.g. integrations).
- Use and establish analysis techniques and other quality control tools to aid decision making.
- Identify opportunities for quality system and quality process improvements and work with task teams in achieving these.
- Stop-ship/Recall support.
- Support Sr. Quality Engineer on processes improvement and execution
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
- Engineering/ Administrative/ Science Bachelor (or equivalent)
- Min. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a highly regulated environment (preferably in medical technology/logistical operational environment).
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Additional (Not mandatory):
- 6-sigma/lean sigma knowledge/experience
- Knowledge of SAP
- Advanced computer skills
- Good English skills
Must be available 32-40 hours per week and able to be onsite 4x per week.
