Whats the role

  • Lead the overall analysis relating to key discovery items in UNITE.
  • Identify key pain-points and solutions to drive towards a clear recommendation.
  • Focus on identifying opportunities and options for each Discovery scope and call out key benefits and risks associated with these options.
  • Shape delivery requirements alongside Delivery teams to ensure delivery can commence quickly and effectively on completion of Discovery
  • Support the completion of the various TDS (Transformation Delivery Standards) required partnering with technologydata channel and risk teams
  • Support the definition of business cases to ensure scope and funding is in place to delivery initiatives

What do I need

  • Essential to this role is previous experience identifying and shaping viable options for Discovery scope gaps and other discovery epics.
  • You have previously defined benefits and risks with each option and provide an overall recommendation to be endorsed
  • Experience completing the various discovery activities (TDS standards and other operational / customer impacts) for the recommended solution
  • Where required support the definitionofbusiness cases including cost and benefits profiles.
  • Experience leading stakeholder engagement and endorsement.
  • You have experience working directly with Delivery teams to complete Discovery work under a flow to work resource model ensuring continuity of requirements as epics move into delivery teams.
  • Identify and call out key risks to UNITE cost profile or schedule throughout Discovery.
  • Experience in process improvement and a collaborative working style.
  • Comfortable and confident working with data technology teams and senior business leaders.
  • You have experience with keeping workstreams on track and stakeholders aligned across multiple initiatives.
  • Self-motivated and highly analytical with a habit of asking the next 20 questions to uncover root causes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
