Weve established strategic partnerships with leading health plans including UnitedHealthcare Cigna Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna plus a growing network of OBGYN clinics nationwide positioning us for accelerated growth in the $50B womens behavioral health hiring for an Intake and Engagement Coordinator a patient-first role supporting our prospective patients into care through outreach engagement and our free consultation call . This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Intake and Engagement Manager.
This role is ideally suited for a candidate who has training and experience in direct care in reproductive health or maternal health; someone who is empathetic motivated and willing to support our patients one-on-one to get the care they youre an experienced maternal health professional with a strong commitment to our mission we want to hear from you. What youll do
- Conduct 20 minute phone consults with prospective patients for 15-17 hours/wk. which involve: screening them for fit with our care model normalizing what they are experiencing explaining how therapy works answering questions checking their insurance eligibility and signing them up for the platform.
- Manage prospective patient intake phone and text lines engaging patients and scheduling them for their phone consult.
- Manage patient outreach initiatives including call SMS and email
- Assist patients with intake form completion
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our CRM Hubspot ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Monitor conversion rates and engagement metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and organizational changes.
- Propose updates to key processes as needed to maintain them.
Who you are
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
- 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
Must Haves
- Ability to work PST hours (9am or 10am PST start time)
- Direct patient experience in maternal health or mental health care.
- Experience in high call volume or high volume patient interaction roles
