Position Summary
Were seeking a seasoned construction or engineering professional with a proven track record in managing ultra-luxury single-family residential projects. This is not a training ground. We are looking for someone who has already led successful teams and has the communication finesse to inspire both subcontractors and billionaire clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Florida project management team of 35 professionals with hands-on oversight and mentoring.

• Serve as the primary client-facing leader for a multi-year high-end residential project in Miami.

• Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through project delivery.

• Conduct staffing evaluations and make strategic hiring and team structuring decisions.

• Ensure quality control through consistent inspections and detailed oversight.

• Guide contract negotiations vendor selection and project scheduling.

• Address and resolve construction challenges quickly and effectively maintaining project momentum and client trust.

• Maintain constant communication with clients architects consultants and the internal team to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

• Uphold our culture of excellence ownership and performance.

What You Bring

• 10 years of experience in residential construction with a strong focus on ultra-luxury or large-scale single-family homes.

• Experience managing a construction team or residential division.

• Expertise in staffing budgeting and contract management.

• Engineering Construction Management or Architecture background strongly preferred.

• Clear confident communication skills and polished client presentation abilities.

• Ability to command a room with emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.

• Skilled in solving problems with both a hands-on approach and a big-picture mindset.

• Comfortable on-site with tradespeople and in boardrooms with high-net-worth clients.

Bonus if You Have:

• Familiarity with modern construction technologies such as 360 cameras BIM or virtual design tools.

• Experience managing project teams across multiple geographic locations (Florida/Chicago).

• Base Salary: $110000 $200000
