ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Were on the lookout for Service Desk Technicians available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster to join the Kinetic IT team. You will provide 1st level support and be the first point of contact for our users seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.
Your duties include:
- Providing exceptional customer service remotely
- Remotely troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Logging jobs and escalating to cross-functional teams
- Collaborating with other vendors and service providers
- Publishing and reviewing knowledge-based articles.
Keen to get involved Youll just need some of the following:
- Experience in a customer-centric role
- Top notch communication skills - both verbal and written
- Passion for working in a team
- Ability to stay cool even when under pressure
- Ability to work a 24/7 roster you will receive loading on top of your salary.
- Experience working in a service desk environment (desirable but not essential)
